SATELLITE TRANSPONDER SERVICES

• Advised a US satellite operator with respect to whole sale pre-launch capacity agreements entered into with several retail providers of satellite broadband communication services.
• Advised a satellite services provider on renewing, reviewing and revising standard terms and conditions for provision of satellite communication services to maritime markets.
• Advised NSAB and led the negotiations of a transponder service agreement with NTV to be used for transmission of an international version of the Russian NTV TV channel to European households, etc.
• Advised NSAB on the drafting of standard agreements for broadband services provided via satellite.
• Assisted NSAB in drafting and negotiating transponder service agreements with
• Modern Times Group (MTG) AB.
• Assisted SES SIRIUS in connection with the drafting and negotiation of a transponder service agreement with Sveriges Television regarding HDTV transmissions.
• Assisted SES SIRIUS in negotiations and drafting of a transponder service agreement for HDTV with EURO 1080.
• Assisted SSC in negotiations regarding a distribution agreement related to the launch of Viasat’s IP-TV platform.
• Advised NSAB on dozens of transponder service agreements and up-link agreements concerning the Sirius and Tele-X satellites.
