FINANCING OF SATELLITE SYSTEMS

• Advised NSAB on the project financing of the SIRIUS 3 satellite and led the negotiations of term sheets with several competing financial institutions and upon selection of the arranger led the negotiations with the arranger of the loan documentation of this club deal.
• Advised on the ECA Financing of the IPSTAR satellite project including leading due diligency efforts at the borrower Shinsat and concluding an interview with the company management at the end of the due diligence.
• Advised a hedge fund on its equity investment in and debt financing of Avantis.
